We know that finding a qualified and loving person to care for your little ones can be a worrisome task. Where do you start?  How can you be sure about a care provider's background?  Does this person really know what to do in case of an emergency?   How can I find time to locate this person and check on all these concerns and more? Fortunately, this is what we do best!   

We are a very selective agency which specializes in finding the right match for you and your children. Our process is detailed and meticulous, allowing us to accurately identify the needs of our families and nannies. 

Having clients in a variety of professions from sports to business, we fully understand and honor every family's demand for privacy. Rest assured! Your family's personal information is confidential and will not be discussed with third parties.

Once we recognize your family's needs, based on the interview and family application, we will begin the task of prescreening candidates.  Prior to any family/nanny interview, all care providers must take part in an agency interview, followed  by the verification of several positive professional references.  Only candidates that have passed our rigorous screening process are eligible for placement (65-75% of our candidates are rejected for permanent placements).
