Additional Information

Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  There is no limit to the number of hours that you may utilize the services of a caregiver.  However, to ensure availability, please give the agency an estimate of the time you expect to use the caregiver.

 Four (4) hour minimum charge.

 Cancellations require a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice.   Cancellations made within twenty four-hours (24) of the time of service will be billed the full agency fee.  Holidays may be subject to an additional premium. Rates are subject to change. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and by check if paid 48 hours in advance of the service.

Time Change Policy - We appreciate 3 hours notice for time changes. Time Changes within 6 hours of the start time will be billed from the original start time.
